Invisible War

Before watching Invisible War, I had no idea those kinds of things were going on in our military.  I felt myself getting more and more upset as I listened to each victim tell their story of rape.  No one should have to go through the things that they went through, especially those who are serving our country.  I was blown away that they seemed to be receiving the punishment for doing nothing more than being victims of these terrible acts.  I am proud to be an American and always have been, but I was really disappointed in the way our government treated these people.  They acted as if the awful things that were done to them never even happened, and treated them like they didn’t matter.  How is raping someone okay? If the people who committed these crimes do not pay for what they’ve done, there will never be an end to their disgusting habits and they will just continue on ruining the lives of innocent people.
