Miss Representation

Miss Representation to me was beyond eye-opening. It was beautiful to see each of those brave and fearless women become so passionate in what they believe in. That feeling alone should be able to make a difference in the war of gender equality. It was seeing the Hispanic teenage girl begin to open up and become completely vulnerable discussing her sister and the pain that she faced due to bullying that really began to move me. I would recommended this video to anyone, especially girls that are feeling insecure or even confident that yearn to make a difference. You always hear that “women and men aren’t equal blah blah blah” same old fight. However, this documentary truly shows you (and enrages you) about the struggles that men wouldn’t even be able to fathom, yet women are supposed to encounter on a daily basis.
